Order placed at 1930hrs. Not as stated above at 2035hrs. Told food would be with me at 2056hrs (1½ hours)! 2115hrs food not arrived. Phoned restaurant and told driver just leaving with food. Restaurant is 5 minutes away. 2135hrs food still not delivered. 2140hrs food arrived. No explanation, nothing just a half hearted sorry. In fairness, the food was lovely & up to the usual standard of the restaurant. The delivery service however was very poor.
